KIDS PARTIES
Coffee Wild is the ideal birthday venue for kids who are wild at heart and adore nature. Here they can ride their bikes, run along nature trails and even have their furry friends at their party.

TWO AVAILABLE VENUES
Riverside is a large paved area with an adjacent grassed area. It is just east of the Coffee shop, across the riverbed.
Dam View is a smaller, more private area which can be closed off. It has a small grassed area and is adjacent to the Coffee shop on the western side.
FEES
Our venue fee includes a voucher for any products at Coffee Wild. The voucher is compulsory, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is only valid for use during the event.
Up to 15 people – N$500 + N$750 voucher
16 – 30 people – N$1000 + N$1500 voucher
Entry fees: Normal day fees apply to all non-members for guests exceeding the original booking quantities are payable at the gate guard upon entry.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions outlined below. We are located in a natural environment, so a few “normal” things are not allowed.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks; however, please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited. Additionally, remember to bring your own cutlery and crockery for serving your items.
The use of balloons, streamers, or confetti is not allowed. These items are prone to being carried by the wind and can easily become entangled in nearby bushes, complicating efforts to maintain a clean environment.
The area remains open to users of IJG Trails.
No food or drinks may be discarded into the veld or surroundings as this attracts scavengers and rodents. Please discard of ALL items in the dustbins.
No fires or cook-ups are allowed.
No music allowed.
No drones allowed.
The party is only allowed to be held in the designated areas. We kindly ask that you leave the area clean and in the same condition as you found it.
