Since January 2016, IJG has been the proud sponsor of IJG Trails and has exclusive naming rights to Farm Windhoek. Situated along the Auas Mountains, just south of Windhoek, IJG Trails offers a variety of outdoor activities suitable for the entire family, including Mountain Biking, Hiking, Trail Running, Dog Walking, and Bird Watching on over 100 kilometers of trails.
Windhoek Townlands Commonage 2, which is also called ‘Farm Windhoek’, is a part of the City of Windhoek’s municipal townlands. It is currently being leased as farm-land. To ensure responsible and sustainable use for visitors and the farming enterprise, ‘Farm Windhoek Adventure Tourism cc’ has been established specifically for managing the administration and physical control of movement on the farm.
